I think next year I'll just begin sign ups on the first week of November. This would give people a solid month, instead of 2 weeks.
Well if the gift exchange was a week before Christmas would be cool, but a whole month I would say at Black Friday and for 3 weeks because you would not be getting PM's until the end really. Plus people are more in a holiday spirit shortly after Thanksgiving (last comment an opinion opinion)
