No, you're rude. You're lucky your Mother is a saint because one of my mates Mother's is a terrible excuse for a parent. She was a drug addict and got my mate addicted to drugs and she can spend 2-3 days a time 'missing' from their house.
She steals his money and says the nastiest of things to him. He probably would've been better off if he was never born, or if his Mother died, at least he would've had a better chance at having a decent life and not being addicted to drugs and having no money.

My Mum comes from the Far-East and is therefore of a different culture and has different ideas, values, beliefs, etc. Me, my sister and my Dad are all Westerners (UK) and we argue a lot, especially my Mum and I because we don't agree on a lot of things.
