Nah, that would be too damaging to Billboard's credibility. They set themselves up for these records to be broken when they started counting features and letting remixes combine in chart points (though I personally support both decisions).

When Rihanna falls, she won't get back up. She's too reliant on label support. And when they lose interest in her, it's all over. She doesn't have the drive nor talent to pick herself up like Mariah or Madonna.
