Sis they are close.
49 people participated in this rate. One 10 wouldn't do much.
These are all averages so it's not only about the 10's and 0's, but also about the sh*tload of 9's and 8's a certain Pokémon can get

I have though. Her behavior was disgusting. I say we ban ha from the Gen 4 rate. I won't tolerate that level of trolling during the best Gen. 
And mess @ Kyogre leaving already. While crap like Altaria and Aggron are still in.
