I'm kinda anxious about Rih's next musical project. I feel like there hasn't been pressure for her like this since her Debut album tbh. And I feel like she won't disappoint but I hope we aren't jinxing her by being so sure and not a little uneasy.
AGLM out performed MOTS
GGGB was her biggest success at the time
RR underperformed but she gained acclaim and began to be seen as a serious threat, and as someone capable of having pop music with depth.
Loud has uber successful.
TTT was messy as an era and I think that was one of the few times she came close to losing some of her fanbase(BC remix) but we got WFL, and WHYB was actually a hit as well
UNA is a step in the right direction but I feel that the pop landscape is changing quickly and now it's up to Rihanna to not suffer a similar fate as her contemporaries as of late.

You're so right Like what is there left to prove with R8? Biggest opening sales week maybe? Breaking Katy's consecutive singles weeks on the Hot? Hopefully something good comes out of it! I'm praying for ha!

Also I was thinking and it would be cool if Rihanna put out a personal documentary for her next tour like Britney did. It really made me see another side of one of my faves and it really helped me connect with tha album. I would love to see personal Rih some more
To be honest, I don't really want R8 to be MASSIVE.
Look at what happened to Katy after Teenage Dream? 8 consecutive top 3 singles made everybody expect such high charting from her, and even though Roar has been huge her next singles aren't doing so well.
A constant good level like Rih is better than a huge peak then decline like Gaga
