Are you dumb? Explain how iTunes banners are promo. They're only displayed to people who are already on iTunes. They're not displayed to anyone but people on iTunes, meaning the majority of people can't see them. What you should concern yourself is why Ke$ha's fat ass *****d herself out and STILL couldn't sell.
