Length shouldn't have anything to do with it when they are different genres of games. Pokemon is an rpg so of course it will last longer. And TLOU took me closer to 20 hours to beat but I digress.

My point remains that there isn't much "game" to TLOU, it had a really good story though.

I played Super Mario 3D World, Pikmin 3, Nintendo Land, etc. I bought a Wii U on release date in the United States. No I don't, I just use quality games sorry.

We will just have to agree to disagree because I loved the gameplay of TLOU.

There's as much "game" to TLOU as there is any other story-driven game. Just because TLOU's storyline, animation, and voice acting is superior to all other recent games doesn't mean the gameplay is shorter than any other game with a normal campaign. They simply leveled the balance of gameplay vs. execution, which clearly paid off given all of the GOTY awards and 10/10's they received.

I will just say The Last of Us and move on. The Game of the Year awards do not lie.
