Except Urban radio spins music differently than Pop radio. Like someone mentioned earlier, Jay-z + Beyoncé = huge urban following. Pop always takes a bit of coaxing to get moving. There was a time when they didn't even want to play We Are Young until it started gaining on iTunes on its own. It's not all cut and dry.
If it's the same in two weeks, then sure...we can call it a flop, but don't count out a song that just came out a couple days ago.
