With Tekken 6, TTT2 and TR struggling to be successful titles, will future Tekken games be considered successful again?

No, but I guess we can't expect every franchise to as great and have memorable characters like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter!

It's incredible how SF and MK are still at the top of the game after all these years, still doing great, with memorable and iconic charactes, while Tekken fails to wtih just as much time in the market!

Like conseeded said, not every game franchise can be as iconic and influential as Mortal Kombat.

MK is local, though. Sure it is iconic, but not as much as Street Fighter.

Right. TR was not made with sales in mind since its free to play its basically a testing ground for Tekken X Street Fighter.

TTT2 did NOT sell 2M, DoA5 outsold it, actually. And nobody downloaded TR despite being free

As much as I love DOA finding matches suck and the online community on it is even worse.

DoA is a joke fighting game, so "iconic" Tekken being outsold by DoA is really laughable and embarrassing.
