Nah, not with her work ethic and terribly tarnished name. Even though Paris Hilton was created from a sex tape, she is a very good, smart businesswoman; whether people agree or not. Same with Kim Kardashian. They've both made something from nothing, and they're pretty good at satisfying their contractual obligations. Lindsay, on the other hand, has been blacklisted by a lot of people in Hollywood due to her tardiness on film sets, projects that didn't pan out, etc. I love her, but it's the truth. Yeah, she could possibly land a minor deal with a big label, but it would likely be a very one off album/single deal that is dependent on her sales.

I think things will be different for her this time, though. She seems to truly care about her sobriety and getting back into the industry. I could see her having success with her music career once again if she works with the right producers and managers. My only hope is that she DOES NOT do EDM music. Like, she'll be dragged to hell and back by everybody if she does. I want to see her do something different. I'd even be happy with her pop/rock sound again.

I'm really excited to hear new music. I own both of her albums, and my play count for the "Spirit In The Dark" AKA demo tracks exceeds 2500.

Lindsay's still friends with all types of people in the music industry though, I'm sure that if she really wanted she could probably get a record deal with a major label (which is not the hard part) even if eventually ending up without any releases under it. But obviously getting a real team willing to waste time and funding her project plus actually becoming successful with it would be a different story.

Honestly I still doubt she's serious about music projects atm. She was probably in the studio having fun and these websites just rolled with it. Maybe she was curious about a possible response (?) but even that feels unlikely to me now.

Although I do love ALMP more cause I can relate better to it.
Speak was like a rebellious Disney album though, Miley's 'Can't Be Tamed' reminds me of it.
Same vibe imo.

ALMP was a pretty mature album minus a couple tracks.

Her first two albums are gold but she seems to have lost her voice

She actually had a couple of good singles back then... Will definitely be interesting to see and hear what she comes up with this time around...

Her 2004 debut album remains the best effort by any Disney girl since Britney and Christina, so I still hope she gets her **** together and comes back hard one day.
