Never, my natural juices and oils keep me clean

because if I go to bed with wet hair and the AC as high(low) as it usually is I'm going to end up having a perma flu

It's not healthy to be consistently showering 2 or more times a day

If articles like this one are saying how showering just once a day can be damaging, what do you think's going to happen if you shower twice or even three times every day?

Everyday and twice during the summer. Some of yall are disgusting. If you have the luxury to shower everyday then do it.

I shower about once a day. In between, I'll wash myself up in the sink. I shower a lot more during the summer, if anything. Ain't nobody got time to be showering two and three times a day during winter, ****. Unless you're going to the gym everyday, then yeah, but if you ain't doing **** all day then how dirty can you be? Like ...

Once, at night.

It doesn't matter if you shower multiple times per day, it's impossible to get your body even remotely clear of bacteria and dirt and I'm sure most of you don't even use anti-microbial/ anti-bacterial soap routinely. I like the smell good stuff too, but most of them are pretty much pointless.

When I'm doing something then at least once a day.

When I'm not doing anything for few days then I wait a day or two at most.

When I'm feeling sick I usually shower like 5 times a day because showers make me feel better.

Twice a day, sometimes 3 times a day.

Everyday at night I wash my body. Every 2-3 days I wash my hair.

However if I'm on like 2-3 hours of sleep and am really tired, I just say **** it and not take a shower at all.

But I HAVE to clean my bed sheets if I do that. Kinda crazy.

There's really no point of showering in the morning or more than once a day.

I've never understood the ppl who shower at night only. I can't NOT shower in the mornings, i'd feel so weird all day.

Not some of you bottoms acting like everything that's less than 10 times a day is disgusting when some people in this world are lucky if they can shower/wash themselves every other week

Anyway, now that it's winter and I'm only staying at home just every other day, but I always shower before going out the house... Oh and in summer like every day, and when I don't shower I simply take a bath in the swimming pool

I'm calling BS on the Soap and Water damaging your skin and hair. Take shorter showers/baths and wear a shower cap. It ain't that hard you funky gurls
