I feel as though Dangerously In Love was bey's most filler-dense album. Aside from the singles I can't recall enjoying much on it.

For Rihanna I would say AGLM (I wouldn't even count Music Of The Sun), but if we're talking no mixtapes then I would say TTT had moments of filler as did Unapologetic, I may actually go with Unapologetic as more filler dense than TTT tbh.

Nicki's roman reloaded simply because the pop content was so abundant that much of it sounded rushed aside from a few records.

Born This Way was messy for me as well.

IDK that I would say these all are albums that have the most filler, but in regards to the pop girls these stand out for me.

I WILL also say that in retrospect (despite being an initial favorite of mine) Drake's debut album sounded very rushed
