Once a day, twice if I go out or do some exercise.

I just can't sleep before having a shower, I feel dirty and uncomfortable without it, even if I didn't do anything that day.

omg. im just gonna say it...judging EVERYBODY that doesnt at least shower once a day.
if there s one thing that everyone should have in common is showering once a day...i dont even wanna know about teethbrushing patterns.

honestly I just wash myself daily, I can't or won't wash my hair daily or it will be to frizzy...it's way to dry wash my "hair" at least every 3rd day if i icon it...if I don't then it will get dirty easily.

Even putting too much "water" on your skin daily like that will still dry it out and wash away all the natural oils on your body/hair.

Boys I understand washing everyday because they barely have any hair on their head...and they don't need to do **** with their hair they can just leave without putting anything to it. lucky

2 times a day is insane and OCD-ish. 4 times a week should be fine, jeez, unless you sweat a lot
