I too stan for Dopesus (privately).

Dope has the best lyrics cause its pretty much the only song that has real personal lyrics on the album.

But ARTPOP was supposed to be fun.

Dope is super depressing and I know Radio will not be here for it.

The video would be messy and she would play the victim card again!

OK I just remembered something!

Gaga said during the Howard Stern interview how much the record company loved "the ballad" and that this is the type of song on radio doing well.

So Gaga being Gaga she went back into the studio and re-recorded it as Dope to give them a real ballad

And pretty much saying No to the company releasing it. I guess she would be up for it now but I doubt the record company would now.

But she also once said Lüc & I would never be a single and yet......oh this woman!

And ghostproducers.
