Dope is as unrelatable to the general public as Applause was. Ugh, this era had so much potential but her and her team have just made all the wrong choices. (Apart from making DWUW a single, it just needed to be marketed better).

DWUW was marketed perfectly. The public just isn't responding. It's kinda like Unconditionally in a way, except Gaga doesn't really have anything to back it up with.
Not to mention, R. Kelly's bad publicity is just gonna hold the song back over the next couple of weeks and releasing the video in the midst of all that could prove detrimental to her career. It's best that Interscope scraps it entirely and moves on.
