Oh I would understand if you said mobile, but if you're on your laptop then you need to invest in AdBlock like the rest of the world.

I can never actually get past the continue now page because then I get taken to another page and I have to close the tab and try again. I think I'm gonna try out Adblock apparently it works well.

It could be a virus or something - ads shouldn't be that much of an issue on desktops.

Still, even if it is old, I don't think you should be getting ads that are preventing you from actually using the website. Try out AdBlock and see if that fixes it. Like Retro said, there could be another problem.
