You might not think its natural to think of men or women like that, but maybe that was really the first thing that popped in her head. And you have also to have remember how involved she is in the LGBT community. There are guys in the gay community who prefer titles that would seem feminine, but identify as male or are male. If she really had no idea who Gaga was, how could she know otherwise?

Ok, neither Xtina nor Beyoncé are homophobic or transphobic - they were both misquoted/misinterpreted by the MEDIA.
And can we all stop fighting over WHO is a better feminist, out of these 2 strong women in the industry.
The article itself is kind of anti-feminist and i really think they could praise Xtina's feminism without even mentionning Beyonce - feminism is not a contest.
