With another 15-year-old in your same grade, not with a
then 24-year-old singing sensation known as R. Kelly.

However, I do agree with this. Not that it makes anything R. Kelly did justifiable, but I'm sure
people wouldn't blink an eye if a 20 to 22-year-old Justin Bieber was having sex with
young high school girls like R. Kelly was doing "back then." But that most likely
will never be the case, seeing as Justin Bieber has a very specific type.

Lord, why do articles like this always get published in important weeks for the artist? R. Kelly is about to have his first Top 10 hit in a long long while, and his album just got released. Terry Richardson has done some horrible things too and nobody cares about that, he just remains working with every single pop star (has he worked with Katy yet?)
|
Terry had an expose a month ago and he reportedly lost many contracts, I was really disappointed when Madonna worked with him, but at least Terry doesn't go underage (at least that we know of) still very sick what he does.

Gurl just because you're not convicted doesn't mean you didn't commit a crime. It just means you were not formerly charged and caught.
There was much more evidence then just a sex tape. There were several pictures but they were never shown in court because the investigators illegally seized the photos without real probable cause. Also what are people being transparent about, not liking an obvious sex offender. No doubt he is a great musician but he had sex with multiple young girls including his own goddaughter. Sorry but that is not easily forgotten or forgiven.

I didn't give you those points but I fully support them as well as any other points earned in here.
If you'd like to experiment with speaking your mind, express those opinions to any officer, legal representative, assault survivor, or medical professional. There's a difference between speaking one's mind and being incorrect.

It's not about that. It's the fact that sexual predators never stop. He's most likely still doing it, but
much more carefully. R. Kelly and Michael Jackson had a very strong legal team to keep them
both out of jail. What the article said about black victims being "rejected" is spot on --
reminiscent of the film "Doubt" with Philip Seymour Hoffman and Viola Davis.

Maybe they haven't released DWUW because they somehow knew that the R.Kelly expose was coming and they were waiting to measure the waters before they release the video to avoid a backlash. Maybe they'll cut him out from it (If it ever gets released).

Many of the people in this thread dragging R. Kelly are the same people who support George Zimmerman, so honestly, I can't take some of you seriously. Two different cases, obviously, but now everyone wants to jump on their moral high horse.
Not to minimize what these girls went through, this is absolutely disgusting. And though he wasn't formerly charged, it doesn't mean he's innocent. I guess that's one thing George and R. Kelly have in common.

I don't support George Zimmerman.
Any level of injustice needs to be condemned. (Separate sentence)

Which is why I said "many" and not all. A lot of the people in this thread are genuinely disgusted but some are completely transparent.

Erase the fact that it's R Kelly.
The fact that you think it's okay for an adult to have sex with a teen because the teen agreed to it is just...
