I don't know? What do you consider flop? In my opinion the biggest radio hit of her career struggling to outsell D-List artists like Demi Lovato or Selena Gomez is a flop. Agree?

Bangerz has many more potential smashes left on the album and critics disagee seeing as how Miley has made more end of year list than Gagz despite the latter making "ART" Gaga can release any of those singles you stated yet the public won't care.
