But seriously, this is almost 2014 now. Why do they still not have anything better than dogs? Like police wolves, or police tigers? They'd be way more effective at subduing perps, and I bet half the time you wouldn't even have to use the damn things - people would be scared into submission.
Not sure of the prices but I guess those kind of animals must be out of the police budget, otherwise they'd be using them.
