Spoon-fed pluralized eyes to find the beaches in the forest
When I'm looking off the edge, I preach my gut it can't help but ignore it
I'm climbing up the walls 'cause all the **** I hear is boring
All the **** I do is boring, all these record labels boring
I don't trust these record labels, I'm touring
All these people on the planet working 9 to 5, just to stay alive
How come?!

I thought she was saying "tear my cherry out" on the first listen.

When she sings it, that's what it definitely sounds like.

No Angel is one of my favorite songs now, too. It catches up to you... The last minute when everything switches up is so
I'm falling in love w/ this album. B really delivered & I am humbly admitting that I am slayed.

The album gives me dark, sexy, confident & powerful vibes... with some sadness & mystery mixed in.

It sounds made for night time listening. Black fits the feel of the album so well.
I want to drive through the city at midnight & just zone out to it, then go home & have sex to it.

I'm so pleased that one of the main pop girls is making an artistic statement,
rather than releasing mediocre, serviceable material.

This album adds so much to her discography... I feel like '4' was her Michael Jackson moment, and this album is her Madonna moment. "XO" sounds so good after "End of Time". I've been playing them both. I imagine "End of TIme" bieng the lead up to "XO" when the world is actually ending around them... just imagine it. "When they turn the lights out' is her soft way of saying "when it's over". Beautiful".

I also believe that video wise, "Superpower" is a continuation of "Run the World (Girls)", but instead of girls running the world, she's joined forces with the boys to fight something bigger. Together, they are a superpower.

Heaven is absolutely beautiful. It wrenches my heart every time I hear it.
Haunted, Partition, XO, Blow, Mine, and ***Flawless round out the top 7 (in that order). They're all fire.

The chorus has been stuck in my head for the past day or so. Single material.

You all need to get into No Angel. It's grown on me so much. It's the definition of SEX.
First, both my legs go back on your head...
And whatever you want
Yeah baby, I bet... it comes true...

 I'm loving your analysis.
I agree. I think I love Beyoncé so much because it feels like another big step of growth after 4. If 4 was her Michael Jackson moment, then this album is her Madonna moment, in that it goes into even deeper, sexier & certainly darker territory. There's more emotion. She's going beyond the hits. If 4 was our first taste of Beyoncé as HUMAN, then Beyoncé is the heart.
