I actually don't mind the idea of writing him off with using his brother for key scenes. They should make the last scene of Paul where something dangerous happens and Vin tells him to disappear with his family because it's too dangerous for him. Thus, Paul leaves with his baby and wife and are never seen again. That's if Jordana agrees though. I think killing him off is too much.

As long as his brother is fine with it, like the article stated:

All you people freaking out for no reason need to read the article. He's not fully replacing Paul in the role, he's merely going to be used as a stand-in for some scenes where using leftover footage of Paul simply won't do. It's no different then when Aaliyah's brother had to dub her voice for some scenes in "Queen of The Damned" that were shot after she died.

That would feel like I was taking advantage of my dead brother. Hell to the no. I would never do that. If was getting in Hollywood, I would do it on my efforts. But thats just me.
