ARTPOP was ravished by critics and her singles indicate she is not the superstar she used to be. 2013 was just not her year. Hopefully 2014 will be a healing year for the former superstar. Gaga had all this time to sit and reflect and this is what she came up with? I love ARTPOP, but it is the product of label intervention on the account of prior flops.
Azealia never had anything to lose. At the beginning of the year Gaga was still the undisputed top pop girl, she was a level above Rihanna. Now she is barely second tier. So yes she was the biggest loser.

That's always the next song I play whenever I'm in a mood to play her new album. After those two songs I ususally play the whole album on a low volume. It's like getting my quick fix blasting the **** out of those two songs on my Apple Hi-Fi first.

I like the second half more than the first half.
The more I listen, the more I love it. Definitely her best work next to Kala. MAYA was just a misstep.

Stefani needs to sit down and reconsider if she wants to be a pop star. These other girls are playing the game - whether they're following it (Katy, Rihanna, etc) or changing it (Beyonce, Adele) and Gaga seems a bit lost!
