Circus was successful because people thought this is improving, she recently recovered from 2007. But with Femme Fatale, no excuses. Promotional presentations were equal to or worse than Vma 2007. That's why the Femme Fatale Tour was not as successful as it could have been.
4. Las vegas (short-term) is the last chance for Britney to make the general public will stand up for her again.
