I think Taylor's because it's possible and probably likely that Taylor could achieve Beyonce's feat, whereas Bey clearly hasn't and never will sell +1 million in a week like Taylor has.
To me, Beyonce's sales for this project aren't what's most impressive, it's that she even had the balls to do it.
Why is it noteworthy then? If both albums didn't have pre-orders why is it noteworthy that RED didn't?
I was just making people aware that Red wasn't available for pre-order which was one of the factors that made it sell that much on its first day. That wasn't meant as praise or criticism to either Taylor or Bey.
Red hit #1 in 50 countries back in October 2012 before iTunes opened stores in 30 new markets that weren't there before. So the "global" excuse is invalid here.

I don't know what you're trying to prove tho. Literally every Taylor stan has said Beyonce was more impressive. And yes we've established that she had promo, but it's a well known fact that promo lets people know someone has an album coming out. So why did we have to say that aswell?
