They've been nice to me out of every airport I've flown with them. Vancouver, Edmonton, Regina, and even Los Angeles and San Diego.

The change fee was waived when I was flying back from LA too.

I've heard so many horror stories of flying out of Toronto-Pearson.

WS always has friendly service. The flights actually look happy to be there (opposed to Air Canada's who look like they were forced a gun point to be there.) Its cheaper, always usually on time.

They even once waived my change fee when I was late to the airport just because they "liked my smile."

That's awesome. With some cheap European airlines, you even have to pay to go to the restroom
