Not only that but Simon has mentioned that he doesn't have to work that much with A&S since they come up with their own choices and arrangements. Saying they be nothing without him is wrong since the public clearly loves what they do.
This show is gonna flop (even more) if Jeff wins. It's gonna quickly fall into American Idol WGWG territory with these older acts who are never gonna do anything in the industry. They need to start letting votes count on twitter or something because these middle-aged housewives are ruining all these shows.
Hopefully when they dump Paulina next year, they get rid of the over category, too. They should incorporate more Making the Band-style production/training into the show to differentiate it and really mold the acts into acts that could be legitimate pop stars instead of the same karaoke trash we see on the other 2 shows every season.
I will vote until I die to make Jeff the winner, that man has a voice that deserves to win. Jeff could really make it if he is given good material, promo and a killer band. I really think he could reach Daugherty success, I hope he's a songwriter.
That's just my opinion.
I think both acts are really talented and deserve to be in the finals but I actually think just the opposite. Like I think that A&S have more of a chance at success than Jeff. Jeff is really talented but I don't feel like his music would really be successful with the masses, whereas I think A&S would.
