This video has kinda gone viral. Westjet (a.k.a the best airline in the world tbh.) quizzed people flying from Hamilton / Toronto to Calgary on what they wanted for Christmas. When the guests arrived in Calgary, they were given those gifts. (Inlcuding a man who asked for socks / underwear. )
The video has gained attention world-wide. This video actually made me smile.
PS - I apologize if this was posted, as I was too impatient to search.
Why do you think that? Just curious cause the only person I know that says bad things about Westjet is my friend that works for Air Canada.
WS always has friendly service. The flights actually look happy to be there (opposed to Air Canada's who look like they were forced a gun point to be there.) Its cheaper, always usually on time.
They even once waived my change fee when I was late to the airport just because they "liked my smile."

I've had a lot of delayed flights and bad service with WestJet, prob cuz I'm flying out of Toronto Pearson. Who knows. Calgary is their home base, I would expect a higher standard over there!
