I really don't get why they have time limits for albums... wouldn't it be better to have an album released a bit later that's of great quality than one that's release quicker that's not the best it could have been? I mean, people had waited since 2011 for a new Britney album, I'm sure they could have waited another few months.
Well I can't speak for other albums but I'm guessing that there was a deadline for this because of the whole Vegas thing.
It'd be a mess to release it in the middle of that show stuff.
He wasn't even shading her, omg.
He was saying that he didn't have time to make a stellar track, so if he did make a song for the album THEN it wouldn't have been of high quality.

It wouldn't be a mess at all, it's not like Britney would have stopped doing her Vegas shows to promote the album somewhere else.
