Why are people wishing retirement on other artists, especially Beyonce? Can't y'all support one another for once and hope that nobody's fave retires even if they have sold more records than your fave?
As for the article, it was clearly written about Britney (it uses direct knowledge like two more children and then vague predictions like two final projects). I wouldn't be shocked if a member here wrote this.
I don't know who this is but I hope it is Britney. I love her but I'd want nothing more then to see her retire and be able to live peacefully without being shoved in front of cameras all the time when she clearly is uncomfortable with that.

Sorry, y'all. This is 100% Britney. Just yesterday in her livechat she was asked "Where do you see yourself in 10 years?" & she said that she sees herself on a ranch with her husband & children. She also said that she wants to have 2 more kids. It's definitely her. The reason they won't disclose the location is because she's building in Louisiana.
I stan for her, but I think it's time to let her go. This is what she wants now. After Vegas, I think it's a wrap.

and it's hard for me to think of someone who has has a long career in the spotlight and could still retire young other than Beyonce, Britney, or Christina.
I don't follow Britney's career and even I think its definitely her!
I remember seeing an interview with hr on TV years ago where she was gushing over how much she loves London and also with the reports that she "might retire" this week, all signals point to her!
for her sake I hope it's Britney. It's obvious that her heart hasn't been in it for years and she just doesn't seem to be happy or enjoying it. I realize this is all just speculation based off interviews and performances and that I don't really know what she is thinking, but anyone with any ounce of common sense can see that she is clearly not in the game anymore and that she is just going through the motions. Let her live the rest of her life in peace with her family.
My bet is on Beyonce building her home in Texas Her two major projects would be finishing the Mrs. Carter tour and finally releasing her 5th and final album of her career, and then pushing out two more blue ivies before enjoying life as Mrs. Carter
