You really have no idea what you are talking about... The only reason he brought Germany back from economic depression is because he printed money and seized territory from others in order to fund infrastructure improvements. His invasion of surrounding European territories granted him access to natural resources that kept his nation running. HIs whole policy of Lebensraum was to annihilate surrounding populations for expansion to the 'superior' Aryan race. So no without his atrocities he would not have done anything spectacular in relation to Germany's economy
