They said on MTV Canada that the whole video was produced, filmed, and edited by Spencer. The news host was like, "Remember the leaked footage of the video shoot on TMZ that we all thought was a joke? Well that's the actual video." I'm glad. As I said, I hope she flops harder than Nicole and her face, boobs and whatever else she's had done start to melt and she starts to look even uglier.
