Ugh mine is going to look like ****
I'm off for the next two days so maybe I should try to learn the basics of Photoshop so I can at least make something decent looking

I'm doing a top 50 albums of 2013 and top 100 singles. I've completed my lists just writing up some stuff.

Too lazy to make a thread/countdown with commentary for when it starts; I'll just post it here.
T5 Solo Singles: I Knew You Were Trouble, 22, Red, Perfume, Wrecking Ball
T5 Collab Singles: Highway Don’t Care, Everything Has Changed, Timber, 23, Saturday
T5 Album Tracks: Sweeter than Fiction, Winter Dreams, Dance Hall & Young in America/Danielle Bradbery, Dark Horse
T10 Covers: White Christmas/Kelly Clarkson, Maybe It Was Memphis, Put Your Records On, Stronger/Danielle Bradbery, Yesterday/Lea Michele, Who I Am, Shake the Sugar Tree/Danielle Bradbery, To Make You Feel My Love, To Love You More/Lea Michele, Mean/Danielle Bradbery
T5 Worst Songs: Roar, Locked Out of Heaven, Mirrors, Thrift Shop, Rap God
Is there going to be an ATRL Overall Site-Wide Best of 2013 Countdown again, so my list will matter in at least some way?

Are you considering bringing the golden bar back? As far as I'm concerned, it almost crashed the server last year.

Have 5 lists so far. 2 based on charts and 3 on personal picks that I've done since a week or two ago. I don't know how to design anything or post images on here so I'll just have a normal layout.

Bubbling Under Lists
#110
Sevyn Streeter - "Call Me Crazy"
Album: Call Me Crazy, But...
"Call Me Crazy", a track from the new R&B artists' -- Sevyn Streeter's album. Easily against, "Come On Over" as the best album track. This would actually be a cute single, and she gives me Brandy teas (funfact - Brandy's "Slower" written by Sevyn herself made my Best of 2012 list at #87).
#109
Chris Brown - "Fine China"
Album: X
I initially didn't like this track, idk if it's my like/hate relationship with Chris Brown but it initially became a grower...once it died down to me. Oh well, here's to getting a higher song next year! (Funfact: "Strip" peaked at #48, and "Turn Up The Music" peaked at #67 on my Best of 2012 list)
#108
Kendrick Lamar - "Poetic Justice"
Album: good kid, m.A.A.d. city
I personally find Kendrick a little biT overrated. I loved this song, and wanted to be exposed to what everyone was praising -- but this is still the only song I've yet to like from him. Maybe he can get another track with King Drake, and then the magic will perhaps work for my ears? (Funfact: "Poetic Justice" peaked at #2 for a week on my Weekly Top 10 Countdown)
#107
Ke$ha - "Warrior"
Album: Warrior
Ke$ha the bae, makes her first -- of to be, many entries on the Year-End. "Warrior" the title, and opener to her album lands at #107. The electronic dance themed track, always makes you feel on top and makes you dance, the usual Ke$ha track you could say. Warrior (the album) didn't quite appeal to me in 2012, but took a turn for appeal in 2013. (Funfact: "Warrior" peaked at #3 on my Weekly Top 10)
#106
Bruno Mars - "Gorilla"
Album: Unorthodox Jukebox
Bruno Mars becomes the first Pop Male to have a track listed, with "Gorilla" at #106. This was actually a great single choice to me, and I wish it'd taken off on the level of his previous 3 singles. + the VMA performance was everything. Not to mention the steamy video, Bruno's sex appeal clearly seems to work. (Funfact: Bruno Mars has another entry coming soon.)
(#105-#101 possibly coming this week, or at premiere of my Best of 2013)

I have no idea if I'm going to be able to take part in this myself this year, which is insane, given that this is one of my favorite things to do every year. I'm just not prepared for this at all, especially singles-wise. I haven't updated that list in MONTHS. I'm glad to see many people so hyped, though, and maybe I'll get to that point in a couple of days.

I think I will do top 50 songs for sure, but I'm not so good at design these things so that's what I'm worried the most

fff it was only a reminder.
Anywho... almost done looking for songs to put on my Top ___ Songs list. It's probably gonna be around 150 songs because there were so many amazing singles this year. Ordering them is going to be a big problem But I think I know a good amount of my top 10 already.

Yess @ Fine China and Poetic Justice.
If I had to say one thing: the red-orange-yellow color scheme with your numbers is a lil too much

Guidelines for Best of 2013
1. It's your countdown
You get one thread per year; that's it. No one else gets to vote on your countdown, period. Your thread is all about you.
2. Start with an intro
Use your first post to tell us what you're going to do. Will you list your top songs, singles, videos, albums, artists, concerts, TV shows, movies, video games, whatever? It's all up to you. Let us know first, and get into the actual list later.
3. Don't post all at once
The most important part! You want to post your countdown(s) in installments over the span of about 2 to 3 weeks. For example, if you have one list of 50 songs, post it in daily blocks of 5 or so. The suspense makes things interesting.
4. Use words, pictures
Nobody cares about your list if you don't tell us why you chose what you chose. Describe every item on your list with at least a full sentence. If you add pictures and graphics, that's even better.
5. Actively participate
We encourage you to support each other. Reply with your comments or anything else to let them know you're reading. You can't just post "7/10" or whatever. Tell them what you liked! Be supportive and have fun.
6. Limited time only
This year, the Best of 2013 forum will be open and fully promoted until Monday, January 31, 2014. You must finish your entire countdown before that date, because the Best of 2013 forum will close for posting.
