An Exclusive Q&A With Columbia Chairman Rob Stringer What things coming up in 2014 are you most excited about?
At the beginning of next year we’ve got Broken Bells and Bruce Springsteen. Then we’ve got Lea Michele from Glee coming, and we’ve got Foster the People up next. Then we’ve got Pharrell and Solange, and obviously, at some point () Beyonce will put a record out, and when she does it will be monumental. So we’re in really, really good shape.
In all reality, they have no idea when it's being released, they have been speculating just like we have so I think Columbia decided to give it a rest.
its normal for labels to talk that talk. i remember when 4 was supposed to create another genre. they are doing there job and im sure no one has to worry about it being delayed again. im sure it will come out within the first half of the year...perhaps a spring release since shes done summer, fall and winter already.

Well, there is also some big project attached to it considering she has been shooting videos like crazy. I think she's doing something really big visually, like some sort of visual for the entire album, like a movie.
