it may not be a wig, miley's hair was quite long on top and if she combed it so there's a center part and then snipped short bangs, it would look like what she's got.
Its WAY better than her pixie cut thats for sure. I know some of you think her short hair is edgy or something but I think it accomplishes the opposite. She'd look a lot more cutting edge with some long ass weave.
