God you guys really don't know that "record" can mean album OR single? It's a Grammy category. And obviously in the video she was talking about only DWUW. Educate yourselves
"Fashion!" is the only really disco track. "Do What U Want" is the only R&B one. The rest is pop/EDM, with the exception of "Jewels n' Drugs", which is just outright urban, and "MANiCURE", which is rock-ish.
EDIT: But as said by others, "record" could mean the song or the album, and she was referring to "Do What U Want", which, still, isn't really that disco-inspired.
If we actually listen to what she says, she calls Do What You Want disco/R&B inspired, not her album. She says ARTPOP is inspired by noisy, loud electronic music... which describes it perfectly [unfortunately ].
