EXCLUSIVE first listen: Heidi Montag: "Higher" [pretend you care]
She was on Jimmy Kimmel last night. I cannot believe how much plastic surgery she has had.
Anyways, she said her debut single is called "Higher" and its about not holding any grudges. It's being released to iTunes first week of February.

^I highly doubt she'll put up good numbers with her album. She'll most likely do what Paris Hilton's debut did.
