Chris Brown is reportedly being sued for $3 million by Frank Ocean's cousin following their alleged brawl in January.
Sha'Keir Duarte is seeking damages for pain, suffering and distress and claims that Brown's bodyguard assaulted him and was egged on by the 'Don't Judge Me' star during the fight.
The apparent fight broke out between Brown, Ocean and their entourages in January over a parking space outside an LA recording studio. A police investigation into the incident was closed with no charges being filed.
According to TMZ, Duarte is suing Brown for $1 million for pain, suffering and inconvenience, $1 million for emotional distress, $1 million for punitive damages, as well as another $60,000 for medical expenses
However, Brown is said to have responded by launching a countersuit against Duarte. He claims that Duarte provoked the fight by threatening to kill him.
Ocean reignited his feud with Brown last month by branding him "sloppy" in new lyrics. (source)

nnn @pain and suffering bitch boo
Frank started the fight,if anything he should pay..
But that's just my take on it
I agree with you. I'm sick and tired of Frank and his "buddies' portraying this whole innocent image. He's not the sweet boy the general public portrays him as.

Who is portraying an "innocent" image? Frank NEVER claimed to be a saint at all.
