I tried to access to the research paper but I got to subscribe. Anyway I don't think we can generalize from this study alone. The research alone can be biased and the sample size used was only 153. So statistically speaking, I don't think this research has that significant impact to the nation based on sample size they used.
So it's very inhumane and unethical to quarantine the people affected with this strain based on this research alone.
