Hey guys, from those who don't know I'm from Venezuela and I finally got my $400 just for Electronic Consume. That's the maxium quantity you're able to get here in my country. And I did all these things just because it's really cheaper buy things on Amazon.com compared to buy it in amy store in my country, which can costs even 300% more, it's crazy but true.
I need to spend that money before January 1st, 2014. And I'm interested to buy a cellphone, Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, and it's off to $394.99 right now, it got discounted since it costed around $450 weeks ago. Should I buy itnow? Or is it possible to get even more discounted. Because for example, the Black Friday week (last week) it costed $380, is there any chance that they can discount it to that price before Year-End? I'm new with buying on Amazon, so I need your help. I'm afraid that the cellphone is gonna increase its price and be above $400
