I dunno what I would bring to be honest, though, I mean I always just sit on my bed with my laptop so basically everything else in my room is redundant anyway
But just my phone, my car keys, etc. Basically HALF my closet is sprawled out over the back seats of my car so I can just speed away from this burning building and be set for life.
