It varies, Men dont need makeup to be considered sexy. Some women who are thought to be the sexiest in the world look terrible without the makeup that makes them that way. There are those women who look just as stunning without makeup though.

Personally the reason why I prefer men is based on the stronger features a man can have; strong face bone structure on a guy kind of takes over any quality on a woman imo. And then theres also the fact that guys have dicks and also tend to have larger hands, arms, etc. which also give a +1 for men.

As a bisexual, I can say men and women are equally attractive, but in different ways. The women's "beauty" is a cultural canon, with long hair, taking care of appearance and makeup. Men can often look better than women without makeup, but women have more "sexy" bodies and that's why a lot of women are openly bisexual. It depends on what you like.

As a straight, I'd have to say no.
