That's what usually happens tho
I had been self-diagnosed with HIV twice and Mouth cancer once, I remember the mouth cancer was a simple problem with my gingiva due to an allergic response to a mouthwash product
The HIV diagnosises was once due to a simple bacteria I got, which isn't necessarily transmitted person-to-person, which is common among people with low immunity, but low immunity can be caused by a large number of factors, but specially over the internet/medical-related blogs and such, it's obviously an HIV-infection
The other one I don't remember...
Ever since I had diagnosed myself with mouth cancer I stopped looking on Google for symptoms and always looked for a doctor... Google will always show you you have cancer, HIV or something more serious than what it really is...
