I remember one Christmas I asked for Pokemon cards, and that's really the only thing I wanted. Well my mom got me Pokemon Subtraction/Addition cards I tried to be happy, but ended up crying
She said all the stores were sold out and that's the only thing she could find.
What's the worst or most embarrassing gift you have ever received?
Probably just clothes. Don't really care for them.
But once we had a family Christmas party with like 15+ people and we all sat and opened presents together and my aunt made a turkey but forgot to take the bag out so it was pretty much ruined so my dad and two other people wrapped it up and when she opened it, it was like the highlight of my life.
Getting a ****ing Action Man doll when I was 11 yrs old when I wanted loads of Pokemon stuff instead. I literally never even expressed any interest in Action Man whatsoever so I have no idea where they got the impression I wanted one. I think I also got 2 Stretch Armstrong dolls that year from 2 different people, both of which went in the trash within like a week.
I hate sounding ungrateful but yeah.. first world problems etc.
A men's survival guide book from my dad which I sold on Amazon a few weeks later. He asked me if he could look at it and I told him I had borrowed it to someone.
No bad Christmas ones, but for my birthday my cheap ass Uncle got me some Incredible 4 Action Figure or whatever and I wasn't into that ****. I told him I didn't like them immediately after he gave it to me.
Don't really care for them.
