Katy Perry’s got nearly 6 million reasons to be thankful this holiday.
That’s because after 7 months and over a $1 million discount on her Los Angeles mansion, she’s finally unloading the pricey pad.
And even though she's not quite counting a profit after splashing out $6.5 million back in 2011, $5.988 million this time around isn’t too shabby.
If this place looks familiar, it’s the “Roar” singer's former love nest she shared with then-hubby Russell Brand. And now that she’s long moved on with her new man John Mayer and bought herself two sweet new bachelorette pads in the Hollywood Hills, she’s definitely putting her past in the past.
As of Nov. 19, the sale on the digs is pending, according to property records, and the new owner’s getting a steal (considering she originally wanted $6.925M for the Mediterranean manse).
The last time Katy's crib was almost picked up by a buyer was back in August and it fell through, so hopefully the second time's the charm.
