The only thing Pakistan has in common with the Middle East is that they are Muslims. Not all Muslims Asians originate from Middle East Asia.

Not all of the people in the Middle East are Muslims, the majority are but a big percentage are Christian .

Not all Pakistanis are Muslims (over 10 million are not). And yeah, the vast majority of Muslims in the world are not from the Middle East. It's just like how most Christians are not from the Middle East either even though their religion originated there.
