I mean this era has been her most successful one yet and gave her, her first top 10 hit and Slow Down is still holding up pretty well and climbing the BBHOT 100
She recently just finished her very first World tour which had lots of sold out dates and got extended to Australia and Asia for next year.
So do you think she could become a major "Pop Girl" in the future if she continues to better herself as a performer and shells out better material with her next album?
We won't know what she's really made of until she leaves HR and signs with a real record label that will let her take her own direction and promote her properly.

Finally! A response with an explanation and reasoning. And I see your point her next era will definitely be a crucial one for her. That's also why I put the word "future" in the title because right now as a performer and pop star this has definitely been a great year for her so I see tons of potential, but I was just curious to see what other people thought.

Yes. She needs work on her vocals.. LOTS and LOTS of work but she has the stage presence, confidence, and the dancing skills along with the fanbase to back her up.
