I am truly happy that the ticket prices arn't going to be super high.
I am also thinking that maybe they are doing it like they did with the Monster Ball with locations as in her visiting more than one venue in a state / area. During the Born This Way Ball, she was doing one venue per location which resulted in higher ticket prices because the tickets were going even faster because she was going to be in only one area.
Here's my example -
The Fame Ball in 2009 - Virginia & Washington DC - Lower prices
The Monster Ball in 2010 - Virginia & Washington DC - Lower prices
The Born This Way Ball in 2011 - Washington DC - Higher prices
