"INDIE" on Atrl means....
Is the word "Indie" the new word to say, "my fave flopped and now I don't know what to do but make excuses?"

"Indie" is for singles/albums that are too abstract for the GP and ahead of their time.
Songs like Applause, Work Bitch, and Unconditionally fall in this category.

My fave truly is indie though. Too much for the mainstream.

Basically all the girls are indie now.. Unconditionally, Artpop, Avril, Xtina's career, etc.
I forgot Bey ! i guess she's not even indie without an album out.

Except for the fact that some truly indie songs have had great success. We Are Young/Some Nights, Pumped Up Kicks, Royals, etc. These girls have no excuse.

Britney released an indie album and single and of course all the other pop girls and their stans followed the lead of the artist of our generation.
