And then when the issue is brought up, people are accused of "pulling the race card again  ". No, black people still are not treated equally. And I feel like some people want to block out the past. Slavery happened. Segregation happened. Racism still happens. No matter how hard y'all try, it won't be forgotten/erased. And, today, it is STILL an uneven playing field

Because if you are not people obviously attack the police ALL the time. What do you mean take action against the oppressor? If it were so easy to take action and stop things then the oppressor would not be OPPRESSING. No one is saying acknowledging white privilege is the end to all racism, someone just pointed it out and you went on a tirade. You always find yourself in race related threads trying to give this same run through all the time but it makes no sense. Log out pls.

My point is pretty simple. Experiences vary, and coming from a foreigner who lacks the proper experience, you can't really come to a proper conclusion on a subject like this. And no amount of Googling will help this. Like  what he's saying isn't false. It does happen, but not to the extent that he's exaggerating it out to be.
If he had any type of personal experience, he wouldn't be relying on statistics to back up his claim. Point, blank, and simple. What you see with your own eyes > what a picture tells you

People like you should learn to read. I SAID this wouldnt happen if I was white, Im not denying ****. But please, "educate" me on how saying nothing but white people are priveleged is helping this guy at work? You're doing nothing for the cause yourself. Its sad that people like you can call calling a white person priveleged as "helping." It does nothing to help stop racist crimes. If anyone had a damn brain cell they could understand the point I am trying to make

Javan, Stop making false assumptions towards the stuff that I said. I'm fully aware of what white privilege and I understand what it is . It just doesn't apply to this topic. It was about the racism and mess that Florida is  I know when white privilege applies and when it doesn't. and this wasn't the specific topic to throw it out there....and in my area the majority of people are black and not white. I don't get how you thought white people where the majority..they're just the majority of arrests and receive the most police attention.

Excuse you but as i future educator who is going to work with minority students, who are statistically proven to drop out of school, i feel I'll be making more of an impact than you will ever be. i really don't understand the point you're trying to bring up. YES we need to make this a problem of the oppressor, but if the opressor happens to be white, its people like that which benefit from their white privilege and we as a society have to point that out in order for it to stop happening. just like the treyvon martin case. just like many other "white" injustice cases. p.s my race, gender and ethnicity education teacher is white, she should teach you a few things.
